Yeah, when is taylor getting the boot? Its not going to be another Conway is it? bloody hell!!<BR/><BR/>Recruiting locally actually saves the University money and time. There are many examples of very successful "local" sports programs around the country. The $$ saved on travel expenses, housing, etc. would be enough to pay for that roof that should've been part of the original design. <BR/><

Just look at the talent in Corvallis this year. Two D-1 players in Nick Lorenz and Ivan Sanchez. And also this could be the best class of soccer players in the state of Oregon to come out of High School in some time. Taylor and OSU didnt jump at the chance of grabbing them.<BR/>Shame<BR/><BR/>When is Taylor getting the boot?

Obviously, this would be ideal. For men's soccer this has been a problem, as the current coaching staff is either unwilling or unable to identify and successfully recruit the best talent in Oregon. Since the 2005 recruiting class very few recruits have been adequate to get significant playing time, Oregon based or otherwise. This is as a direct result of the poor recruiting abilities of the
