Yes, I think Portland is focused at recruiting in Oregon. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Recruiting in state has benefits related to team pride, fan support and recruiting expenses. Its a no-brainer. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;There are good examples of in-state and out-of-state players for every sport. For myself as a fan, I don't need the best recruits.
