I watched "Once in a Lifetime" this weekend. Its a documentary rather than a story. It was alright. I give it three soccer balls.

Once in a lifetime: The extraordinary story of the New York Cosmos just recently came out and is less about soccer than it is about the Studio 54 visits that Pele and crew were notorious for. Pretty good mindless film as far as I am concerned.<BR/><BR/>Lew Dogg

Thanks Rick. I did see the trailer for that film but never saw it released here in Corvallis. Netflix doesn't know when it will be released but I have it saved now.

you missed the excellent film Offside, about Iranian women fanatics who attempt to view their country's qualifying gane against Bahrain. The insight it offers into the culture is pretty impacting.
